Defensive Line Coach/Head Strength & Conditioning Coach — Hamilton High School, Chandler, Arizona Responsible for implementing and directing team weight training and conditioning programs for
the Hamilton High Varsity Football team. Provided expert instruction for weight machines and conditioning equipment usage, as well as, nutrition and supplements. Coordinated directly with the Varsity Head Coach and individual players to tailor different programs based on the requested needs of the varsity athletes. Maintained the weight room, inventory equipment, recommended upgrades, and implemented repairs.
Managed all defensive players and assistant coaches, developed a general defensive game plan, and called the defensive plays during the game. Also, spent additional time working with the defensive linemen and performed film breakdown and tendency scouting. Provided in-season and off-season strength training.
