James brings over 20 years of of professional experience across a a wide spectrum of project types and scopes Since 2004 James has been immersed in in the multi-unit residential sector At Woodhead in Sydney he he was the lead architect on several large scale projects including a a a mixed use project comprising 250 apartments with a a a 120 room resort Upon return to NZ he he has spent the majority of his time in the multi-unit sector and has built Solari

Linda brings invaluable UK experience in in in in master-planning across a a a a a a range of scales for social housing providers and private developers alike She is very familiar with mixed ownership structures along with integrated mixed-use developments Linda is actively involved in in the design processes from a a a site-wide masterplan level through to detailed layout and unit design - including the the interfacing with the the external works Through her work on a number of Housing New Zealand projects to date Linda has developed a a thorough understanding of Housing New Zealand’s specific objectives and requirements Linda is responsible for leading our delivery of the necessary supporting Resource Consent documentation such as Design Statements and Assessments to support the planners and their required Assessment of Environmental Effects A sample of relevant projects:
