Healthy Chocolate Milk
This is a very rich, non dairy version of commercial chocolate milk, but much healthier with no sugar added.
• 1CupAlmondMilk(30CalSilkBrand) • 1TspHoney
• HalfaFrozenBanana(Optional)
• 2TspUnsweetenedCocoaPowder

Blendallingredientstogether. ChocolateFrappe’...Blendinsomeiceand add nutmeg, top with whip cream. HotChocolate:Heatinmicrowavefor2 minutes and add whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Note:Addingabananaaddsnaturalsweetness and thickens the milk, making it more like the commercial type chocolate milks. The cocoa overpowers the banana.
