Ingredients
• 4 Potatoes
• Cheese, Grated
• 2 Green Onions
• 1/2 Cup Bacon Bits • 1 Cup Sourcream
• Salsa To Taste
Yields: 16 skins

Oven Time: 1.5 hours
Potato Skins
These are easily created and just as fun to eat when you dip them in a bowl of sourcream.
• Stab potatoes with a fork 2 or three times.
• Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil with shiny side
facing the potatoes.
• Bake potatoes for an hour and a half, until soft.
• Let potatoes cool and then cut them into quarters • lengthwise.
• Hollow out potatoes so that they are about
half to 3/4 inch thick.
• Sprinkle with cheese and bacon pieces. • Serve with Sourcream.
