Push-To-ConnectTM Fluid Dispense Gun
The SmartDispenser® Push-To-ConnectTM Fluid Dispense Gun consists of an A half, attached directly to the LDS Dispense Gun, and a B half, attached directly to the automation system.
The dispensing gun electronic cable, traditionally connected directly to the LDS Dispense Gun, is removed from the LDS Dispense Gun and attached to the B half, allowing permanent attachment of the electronic cable to the automation system.
The 30-foot (9.14 meters) cable can be combined with any wire harness running between the automation system work stations and the common electronic cabinet housing the automation control devices where the connection with the SmartDispenser® Integration Control Center is completed.
A durable Molex plug connects the Push-To-ConnectTM Dispense Gun to the automation system. The one push/one pull action reduces syringe change over to seconds. Pre-load your dispense guns offline with the SmartDispenser® Filling Station and the SmartDispenser® Priming System.
