Our Post-Sale Technical Support also provides you with the ability to load the latest software upgrades, so you can benefit from new capabilities from Fishman.® This is a gift that keeps on giving, because Fishman® Engineers are constantly developing new features based on suggestions from customers like you. When new versions are available, the Fishman® Technician can make the upgrade remotely, as previously discussed, or send you a USB Memory Stick, so you can load the new version onto your SmartDispenser® yourself. A third option is for you to simply download the new version from the SmartApp® store on the Fishman® website. Again, whichever way you go, we make it quick and easy for you to get the most from your SmartDispenser.®
