James C. Vereen, a charter member of the New Rochelle-White Plains (NY) Alumni, served the monumental task of leading the chapter as its inaugural Polemarch. He was dedicated to Kappa Alpha Psi since being initiated at West Virginia State University, and throughout his life he could be counted on as a leader, worker, and steadfast friend. He transitioned to the Chapter Invisible on January 6, 2008, but his legacy lives on through our many wonderful memories and shared stories.
Celebrating you, Dad, and 50 years of the chapter's achievements and community service. We know how proud you were of the fraternity and how it has grown! You are always in our hearts.
