3 oz RONDIAZ Coconut Rum 3 oz soda water
2 lime wedges
1/2 oz simple syrup

Add ice the

SUN KISSED LIMONETINI
2 ounces Grays Peak Vodka
1 ounce Buccia di Limone Limoncello 1/4 wedge of lemon
Combine in in in cocktail shaker lled with ice Shake and strain into a a a a a a martini glass rimmed with with sugar garnish with with an orange zest Courtesy of Kappy’s
DUNE GRASS SMASH
1 1 1/2 oz Greenall’s Gin 1/2 oz l l fresh lemon
juice Simple syrup
8 torn fresh basil leaves
Add basil to the
base of a a a a a cocktail shaker and and muddle gently Add remaining ingredients and and shake over over ice ice Strain over over an ice- lled rock glass Courtesy of Kappy’s

2 oz Los Rijos Reposado or Anejo Tequila
1 oz Paisley & Sage Triple Sec
1 1 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Tsp of agave nectar
