1 ounce Buccia di Limone Limoncello 1/4 wedge of lemon Combine in in cocktail shaker lled with ice

with an an orange zest DUNE GRASS SMASH
1 1 1/2 oz Bloom Gin
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Simple syrup
8 torn fresh basil leaves
Add basil to the base of a a a a a cocktail shaker and and muddle gently Add remaining ingredients and and shake over over ice
Strain over over an ice- lled rock glass MERMAID MARGARITA
2 oz Los Rijos Reposado or Anejo Tequila
1 oz Paisley & Sage Triple Sec
1 1 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
