Diagnostic and
Troubleshooting Procedures
PUMP NOT WORKING:
❙ Symptoms: Pump fails to start, makes unusual
noises, or loses pressure.
❙ Diagnosis: Check for airlocks, debris
in the pump, or electrical issues.
❙ Solution: Clear blockages, ensure proper
priming, and inspect electrical connections.
HEATER NOT HEATING:
❙ Symptoms: Water does not heat up or takes
longer than expected to reach the desired
temperature.
❙ Diagnosis: Check the thermostat settings,
heating element, and insulation.
❙ Solution: Calibrate the thermostat, replace
a faulty heating element, or improve insulation.
HIGH THD DETECTED:
❙ Symptoms: Excessive noise, component
failure, or decreased performance.
❙ Diagnosis: Check electrical connections and
components for interference or incorrect wiring.
❙ Solution: Ensure proper grounding, replace
worn components, and adjust wiring to reduce
interference.
WATER QUALITY ISSUES:
❙ Symptoms: Cloudy water, strange odors,
or difficulty maintaining proper chemical levels.
❙ Diagnosis: Check filtration system, pump flow
rate, and ozone generator.
❙ Solution: Clean or replace filters, ensure proper
chemical balance, and verify that the ozone
system is functioning correctly.
