EXTRA BENEFITS/OVER-THE-COUNTER (OTC) CARD
(Not available with the Veterans Plan)
In 2025 we’ve renamed our OTC card the Extra Benefit Card. Members on our Plus plan can use this allowance to buy over-the-counter medicines and supplies. Extra Help and Dual Plan members can also use this allowance to pay for over-the-counter medicines and supplies, healthy food, and utilities like power and water. If you are a returning member, please keep your current OTC card.
For new members, you will be receiving your OTC card in the mail. Please call the phone number included on your card to activate it as soon as you receive it so you can unlock all the benefits we have for you in 2025.
