FROM OUR SEEKERS
We have loved welcoming lots of new bubs to our Nursery in 2019! Our ‘All About Me’ display continues to grow and helps us to learn about each family’s unique heritage and culture. If you haven’t completed one for your child yet, please ask your child’s educator for a form to fill out!
Developmental Focus: Language, self-help skills and core strength. We have been working on speech development with our older Seekers during key transition periods, including meal times and handwashing routines. These are great opportunities to encourage the children to use their words and also promote the confidence to be independent. Self-help skills are crucial in our program right from the Nursery!
We have created new sensory environments within the room for our younger Seekers to thrive in, including a dedicated tummy time area and table-based experiences. We would love to hear more about what your child is enjoying at home. Be sure to keep sharing your updates via the blue post on Kinderloop or speaking with our team.
We also welcome back educator Smitha and new Early Childhood Teacher Sarah as part of the nursery team! Be sure to say hello. Smitha will join us for breakfast each day while Sarah you will see most afternoons for pick up!
