The Curriculum in CEIST Schools is informed by the philosophy of the Department of Education and the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA). Hence the curriculum in a CEIST School conforms to all national legislation and guidelines. We provide the Junior and Senior cycle programmes, including the New Junior Certificate and Leaving Certificate.
We provide a broad and balanced range of subjects and learning experiences which aim to prepare our students for third level education, for the world of work and for life.

At Junior Cycle, students prepare and present classroom based assessments, emphasising communication, literacy, numeracy and digital technology, in a forum which is always mindful of the wellbeing of our students.
At Senior Cycle we facilitate our students to specialise on their subjects and projects which best prepare them for their entry into further education and employment.
New subjects at senior cycle such as Physical Education, Politics & Society and Computer Science continue to be made available to students, keeping abreast of demand and change.
Career Guidance Counsellors are available to provide information and assistance to students and parents in making these critical decisions.
