Master’s Message
Brethren,
I am truly sorry we were unable to have more of you at installation but, with our Officers, the Grand Master and his Line we were al- ready slightly over the 6-foot safe seating distance. After installation PM Otovic presented our outgoing Secretary PM Michael Johnston the Door to Virtue Mason of the Year award. We then had a motion to honor Brother Johnston with the honorary title of Secretary Emeri- tus. I just so happen to have a cer- tificate made up to present, just in case a motion like this was made and passed.
Also, The Grand Lodge recognized Brother Jakub Smith with the Zerubbabel Award, which he earned by completing numerous tasks put out by the Grand Lodge for newly raised Masons, to help keep them involved and engaged with our gentle craft.
During our first meeting in Febru- ary, we will be initiating Mr. Colin Patrick Carhart and reading several new petitions for both new mem- bership and affiliation. I will also be presenting the 2021 budget for ap- proval and a list of committees.
