Conclusion
Obviously the ideas and observations detailed above should be seen as a starting point for a longer term conversation and strategy and are in no way a be all and end all.
They should be seen as the observations of an outsider who has a different view and history with St Maur as a brand. They are however ideas that you can either take and implement yourselves or should you wish bring me on board to put in place for you as a part of the team.
As you can probably guess would prefer the latter as I see this as an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the brand and its visibility and in so doing also enable you all to focus on the business side of St Maur without the added workload of marketing.
I would very much like to discuss this with you all more and to see if there is a way I can add value to St Maur as a brand.
