*Auction Lot Terms & Conditions:
Travel and overnight accommodation costs (Premier Inn standard) must be covered by the charity.
A small display within the dining room is requested to showcase my work and promote the auction lot.
Several A3 leather-bound photo books be placed around the venue to encourage interest in the auction.
The auction prize covers my time on-site and editing, but does not include travel and accommodation expenses to and from the shoot location.
