Photography Package Offered
I am pleased to provide the following professional photography package:
Full-Day Coverage – From the first arrivals and final event setup through to the dinner and auction, ensuring no moment is missed.
High-Quality Imagery – A curated collection of 400 professionally edited, high- resolution images, capturing key moments, action shots, candid interactions, and the elegance of the event.
Secure Online Gallery – Images will be available for viewing and purchase through a secure online gallery, allowing guests to relive the experience and acquire their favourite moments.
All Proceeds to Charity – 100% of all image sale profits from the online gallery will be donated to the Race Against Dementia charity.
Marketing & Promotion – The charity will have full access to all images from the day, which can be used for future promotional and marketing efforts to support upcoming events and fundraising initiatives.
Value of Donation – My standard fee for an event of this scale is £1,000, which I am pleased to waive in support of the charity*
