Tipping
We recommend a minimum £20 per 100 birds per gun for the Gamekeeper. For loaders we recommend £100 gun/ day. If required, we can included this in your invoice and organise for you.
N.B. Loaders cancelled within 48 hours of the shoot day will still require payment.
Gun permits
We will obtain your VSP for you and send a copy for you to keep. If there are any queries, please
let us know as the lead time to obtain a new or amended license is lengthy.
Bad Weather Insurance Cover
Your trip is NOT covered by bad weather insurance. Should you wish to purchase this, it is 4%- 5%of cost per day which we can arrange for you. If the day is cancelled due to bad weather and you are not insured then you will not be eligible for a refund. This MUST be done 14 days prior to the shoot date.
Third Party Insurance
All guns must have appropriate third party liability insurance with a minimum cover of £10 million. We suggest using The Countryside Alliance, please follow the link www.countryside- alliance.org/ membership/ insurance
