Introduction
North & East Housing Association is an Approved Housing Body providing housing services for up to 700 homes in the north and east
of Ireland. In 2020 we launched our Strategic Plan for 2020-2024.
The Plan prioritises delivering excellent tenant-centred services; providing
high quality homes and supporting sustainable communities. The work we do is driven by our vision and mission. We continuously strive to be tenant-centred, highly trusted and transparent in our relationship with all of our stakeholders and to be known for the high quality of our homes and services. The ongoing performance of the business will drive and support these aims.
