Investing in Our People
Nothing is more important to ArentFox Schiff than our people. From coast to coast and across our practices,
everything we do depends on the strength of our team.
The Attorney Development Committee’s mission is to invest in that team. We help AFS lawyers be their best and
reach their full potential.
It has been almost two years since Arent Fox combined with Schiff Hardin. For the ADC, the sum has been
greater than its parts: with the benefit of new colleagues, resources, and ideas, we have expanded the breadth and
depth of our efforts.
This report highlights the ADC’s seven key areas of focus — our
building blocks of professional development and enrichment.
We encourage you to take advantage of these offerings, and we
invite you to reach out to us with your ideas on how we can
