Business Development
The firm’s 2022 and 2023 new associate classes received training on foundational business development skills, such as building
a personal brand, identifying and developing relationships of trust, and learning how to identify and adapt to a variety of
communication styles. With the support of the firm’s professional coach, Jessica Grondine, our first- and second-year associates
will continue to work in small groups to develop intentional and consistent business development practices. In 2024 and beyond,
we will expand that training to support our attorneys’ business development skills as they progress.
