Sge:no, my Ogwehoweh name is Gonusengyo and I belong to the Cayuga Nation, Wolf Clan from Six Nations of the Grand River. I am devoted to life long learning and position myself as a teacher and a learn- er. I have been with AEI, Munsee-Delaware Campus since 2019, where I enjoy being a part of an amazing teach- ing team and cohorts of students. My upbringing included my traditional longhouse ceremonies, language and teach- ings. My formal education path includes a Bachelor of Adult Education and a Master’s of Education through Brock University. I am able to share with the students, how to help through an Indigenous lens, at the same time being mindful of the scope of the helping field and current trends taking place in communities both Indigenous and non-Indigenous.
