Biopatographic history: "Berni", Felipe’s companion female dog, died and since then the patient has been sad. In addition, he accompanied his sick guardian until she died. He then presented dermatitis, which was suppressed with allopathic remedies.

The remedy was chosen due to the image I saw at the first consultation. "Felipe" was with a very sad look and almost could not move from excess weight. Because of the above description I leaned towards graphites.
Prescription: Graphites 1 LM, Adrenal gland 10 M, 7 drops every 12 hours, indication for natural food.
Evolution: after a few days of taking graphites, "Felipe" was again the same as before and then the improvement continued with a negative ratio cortisol – creatinine in the urine and the pathognomonic symptoms of Cushing's syndrome disappeared.
