Abstract
In the present work, the importance of taking into account the advances of modern Homeopathy will be briefly exemplified with clinical cases. In the present presentation I will briefly explain, with clinical cases, the importance in taking into account the new advances in modern Homeopathy.
Objective
Give examples concerning the importance of taking into account the advances of modern Homeopathy, in the moment of choosing the Simillimum.
Method
The clinical cases presented demonstrate the application of the method created by Dr. Prafull Vijayakar, Predictive Homeopathy, the HUMA method, created by Dr. Marcelo Candegabe, and Dr. Jeremy Sherr's pathogenesis.

Introduction
Master Samuel Federico Hahnemann has bequeathed us homeopathy. He himself, until the last years of his life, made progressive and great modifications to this art of healing, which can be seen if we read his writings where he establishes the rules and guidelines of the homeopathic task, from the first one, published in 1776, through the different editions of the Organon, to the last one. A large part of the 88 years of his life was dedicated to the care of patients, which allowed him to evolve and grow thanks to the results observed in patients treated with homeopathy.
Surely if Hahnemann had been able to live until today, Homeopathy would not be the same, it was he who taught us to change and to see new approaches, as long as they were supported by firm pillars; taking into account this last comment, we should not find it strange or wrong to learn from the new homeopathic currents, since surely the Homeopaths who lead this knowledge. The only thing they are trying to do is to continue on the path that our master Hahnemann left us.
In my personal practice, I have been applying the Predictable Homeopathy created by Dr. Prafull Vijayakar to all patients for more than 5 years. The general balance is very satisfactory, I have greatly improved the patient's understanding and therefore the possibility of getting closer to his Similimum, with more acerbity, in less time, with less mistakes in the prescription and less homeopathic suppressions caused.
In some opportunities I have applied other methods that have helped me to find the remedy, since I consider that each contribution has some truth and the ideal is to be able to include most of the advances achieved in Homeopathy until today, with the only purpose of curing our patients.

El maestro Samuel Federico Hahnemann
nos ha legado la Homeopatía. Él mismo,
hasta los últimos años de su vida, realizó progresivas y grandes modificaciones a este arte de curar, que pueden evidenciarse si leemos sus escritos donde establece las normas y pautas del quehacer homeopático, desde el primero, publicado en 1776, pasando por las diferentes ediciones del Organon, hasta el ultimo. Gran parte de los 88 años de su vida los dedicó a la atención de pacientes, lo cual le permitió evolucionar y crecer gracias a los resultados observados en los enfermos tratados con homeopatía.
Seguramente si Hahnemann hubiese podido vivir hasta la actualidad, la Homeopatía no sería la misma, fue él quien nos enseñó a cambiar y a divisar nuevos enfoques, siempre y cuando los mismos estuvieran sostenidos por pilares firmes; teniendo en cuenta este ultimo comentario, no nos debería resultar extraño o erróneo aprender de las nuevas corrientes homeopáticas, pues seguramente los Homeópatas que lideran estos conocimientos. lo único que están intentando es continuar por la senda que nos legó nuestro maestro Hahnemann.
En mi práctica personal, hace más de 5 años que estoy aplicando en todos los pacientes la Homeopatía Previsible creada por el Dr. Prafull Vijayakar. El balance general es muy satisfactorio, he mejorado ampliamente la comprensión del paciente y por ende la posibilidad de acercarme más a su Similimum, con mayor acertividad, en menor tiempo, con menos equivocaciones en la prescripción y menos supresiones homeopáticas provocadas.
En algunas oportunidades he aplicado otros métodos que me han ayudado a encontrar el remedio, ya que considero que cada aporte tiene algo de verdad y lo ideal es poder
