Blue Berries Benefits are amazing!
Blue berries are incredibly beneficial for our general wellbeing.
Within an Ayurvedic understanding Pitta being governed by the elements of fire & water particularly active in the long hot summers can sometimes create a subtle or not so subtle imbalance.
