Laqfoil Warranties
Laqfoil provides a 10-year warranty on installation, including seams and harpoon. Our membrane comes with a 25 year manufacturer’s warranty. Our warranty covers stretch technology products end-to-end, including the following unlikely occurrences:
• Dislocation of the profiles
• Sagging of the membrane
• Distortion of the printed image
• Discoloration of the image or film
• Detachment of the harpoon anchor
• Any other cause of lost tension in the membrane
Our warranty limitations are similar to the usual warranty terms provided by construction contractors. They do not cover:
• Natural disasters (“acts of God”)
• Mechanical damage
• Damage caused by aggressive corrosive chemicals
• Heat above 600C
• Cold below -400C
• Any other damage inflicted on the ceiling membrane from external sources, including sagging or movement
of the building’s structural elements.
Laqfoil values long-lasting relations with our customers. Our installers are always available to help to install new light fixtures or add enhancements to pre-existing Laqfoil wall or ceiling products. These procedures are straightforward and affordable, but do require special training, materials, and instruments. Please contact us if you plan any modifications to a Laqfoil stretch technology product. If adjustments are not done by a Laqfoil professional, the Laqfoil 10-year warranty may be voided.
