      CUSTOMER PROFILE / LANNER CHECKLIST
HOUSE AND PROPERTY:
• Your name and the homeowner's name. SPELLED CORRECTLY.
• Write the city of the project somewhere on the profile, so you can use the proper setbacks.
• Accurate measurements of house including doors and windows.
• Accurate measurements of property lines.
• Please make sure to include thorough measurements of existing elements that homeowner wishes to keep. (i.e., concrete, trees, sheds, retaining walls, mow curbs, or any other structures.)
• Please note any demo work that should be done.
• Dimensions of retaining walls. See next page.
• Any elevation changes in yard? How steep is the grade?
• Gas and Electric
• Equipment location.
PROJECT DESIGN:
• What area of the yard should the pool be in?
• Any specific size of the pool?
• If there is a spa, what side of the pool should the spa be on?
• What side are the entry steps on?
• Reef step or traditional steps?
• Coping material?
• Any areas of raised bond beam or raised decks?
• How much decking and what color?
• If you aren't able to get all of this information from the homeowner, at least note anything they
specifically DON'T want.
Be as thorough as possible. The more information you have, the more efficient you will be.
