CALIFORNIAN DESIGNS
Californian designs are color renderings of pools and spas that can be used to close a deal without spending the time required to design from scratch. They are approximately 80 perimeter feet, 400 square feet with 500 square feet of deck. They are construction-friendly and very profitable when used properly. Local prices should be used to develop a package deal for each of the pools.
Uses:
1. Give customers an idea of what shape they like before doing a custom design.
2. Use to establish a budget with customers who may be unsure of what pools cost. 3. Sell as~s for a quick deal.
4. Use as a starting point to develop more custom designs.
