Production Bonus
& Founders Bonus

It is important to know that just as you receive a Production Bonus, you will ALSO receive a Founders Bonus. The difference between the Production Bonus and a Founder Bonus are as follows:

The Production Bonus is paid monthly after a percentage of the profits of the company is divided amongst all people who have a level. That is from 1 Star to 4 Star currently. In other words, if the percent of the profit is e.g. UHC 1,000.00, then 25% (UHC 250.00) will be divided amongst all 1 Stars who are on that level at the time of the last Sunday of that month. Another 25% (UHC 250.00) will be divided equally
amongst all 2 Stars who were on that level on the last Sunday of that month and so it goes on for 3 Stars and 4 Stars.
Similar happens for a Founder Bonus. HOWEVER, in order to qualify for a Founder Bonus, you MUST for 3 consecutive months rank on the highest level to qualify for that level. In other words, If you have been a 1 Star fore.g.2monthsanda2Starfor1
month, then you only share as a 1 Star in that Bonus. If you are only a1Starforupto2months,you get nothing. If you are a 2 Star, 3 Star or 4 Star etc, for 3 months and longer, then you share in the Founder Bonus for a 2 Star, 3 Star or 4 Star etc, respectively.
