  Project changes to your brief
If you change your brief after a project has been commenced, DCTR will be entitled to charge for additional work that arises because of that, at its discretion.
Payment & Deposit
Projects over £500 require a 50% deposit prior to commencement of work.
When we have completed the colour render we will send over a watermarked version for approval with an invoice for the balance.
We are happy to include two rounds of amends.
If we cannot complete a project for you, we agree to refund any monies you have already given to DCTR within a reasonable timeframe.
Our Portfolio
We reserve the right to include your work in our portfolio & showcase in our own marketing communications from time to time.. If you would rather we didn’t, that’s absolutely fine - please let us know.
Briefing us
At the outset, please include as much as detail as you have available.
Please be concise. Bullet points are usually faster for us to understand.
If you need someone else’s opinion, please ask them to verify any drafts or project boards we provide, before you authorise us to proceed.
Legal stuff
Any project that we complete for you must be checked by you for accuracy before being viewed.
We cannot, therefore, be held liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the provision of our service.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
