Island is our truth with
regards to residential
school. I encourage you
to listen with an open heart and an open mind and be the change you would like to see in your own life with reconciliation on hand.
“It’s time” to wake up “It’s time” to go through the pain “It’s time” we make a change and finally stand up for what’s right.
My ancestors have spoken and they have come to tell the truth through this song, a message for all of the survivors we are still here strong & resilient and for the people who are learning please help us heal.
