Just One Little Thing is the new single from New Zealand recording artist, Joy Adams
Following the success of her last single released December 2021, Joy has penned a more reflective song, inspired from the upheaval in today's world. The song invokes those feelings that so many people long for today, for Just One Little Thing to make their life better today. With all the global weather events, looming war and rioting, not to mention the worldwide pandemic of COVID, this song asks everyone to stop and do something to help their fellow man and woman. It doesn't take much to make a huge difference in the lives around you.
"It’s not often I write such thoughtful lyrics," says Joy. " But the words just seemed to flow from me. It’s been heartening to have people contact me personally after they listened to it or watched the video saying they cried or got really emotional, realizing how little it takes to make a huge difference in those around us."
Gary R. Farmer is co-writer on the song and producer.
He created a work track to begin writing and upon hearing it, Joy was able to create the beautiful words and Just One Little Thing was born for the world.
The track includes fiddle performance by world renowned session musician Aaron Till with steel guitar and mandolin from Instrumentalist of the Year Mike Headrick.
