As of 31st March 2025, the Company and its subsidiary namely, Tata Steel Manufacturing (Thailand) Public Company Limited had:
1) Nolegaldisputeorlawsuits,eitherasaplaintiffordefender,whichmayhaveadverseimpacttotheassetsof
the Company or its subsidiary for amount exceeding 5% of the shareholders’ equity.
2) Nolegaldisputeorlawsuits,eitherasaplaintiffordefender,whichmayhavematerialeffecttotheoperations of business of the Company or its subsidiary.
3) Nolegaldisputeorlawsuits,eitherasaplaintiffordefender,arisingfromotherthanthenormaloperationofthe business of the Company and its subsidiary.
