Past financial position
Total assets
As of 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2023, the company has total assets of 2,098.49 million baht and 684.75 million baht, respectively. Most of the company's assets consist of cash, cash equivalents, other current financial assets, trade accounts receivable, inventories and property, plant and equipment, right-of-use property. However, at the end of 2024, the company's total assets decreased by 1,413.74 million baht, increased multiply times compared to 2023.
However, as of 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2023, the company has current assets of 866.76 million baht and 392.42 million baht, respectively. Current assets increased by 474.34 million baht or increase 120.87 % due to the recognition of the financial statements of the subsidiary company, RTS (2003) Company Limited which resulted in an increase in current assets.
Other current financial assets
As of 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2023 the company has other current financial assets in the amount of 12.84 and 82.85 million baht, respectively. Due to the company sells investments in securities (mutual funds).
Inventories
The company has inventories as of 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2023 in the amount of 73.70 million baht and 82.78 million baht, decrease of 9.09 million baht or decrease of 10.97% compared to the same period of prior year due to the sale of investment in subsidiaries resulted in a decrease in inventories, along with the efficiency of inventory management, which enabled the Company to store products in line with customer demand.
Land, buildings and equipment used in operation
As of 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2023, the company has land, buildings and equipment used in operation in the amount of 53.53 million baht and 97.87 million baht, respectively. At the end of 2024, the company's land, buildings and equipment used in operation decreased by 44.34 million baht or 45.31% compared to the end of 2023. The main reason is that the Company sold its investment in ACC Cannabis Company Limited.
Liabilities
As of 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2023, the company has total liabilities of 1,123.93 million baht and 68.39 million baht, increase of 1,055.54 million baht or increase more than 100%. Increase in total liabilities of the company because the recognition of the financial statements of the subsidiary company, RTS (2003) Company Limited.
As of 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2022, the company's total liabilities are divided into: Current liabilities were 946.04 million baht and 37.58 million baht, representing 84.17% and 54.94% of total liabilities. Most of the company's current liabilities consist of account payable and Liabilities classified as asset for sale amount of 774.71 million baht, representing for 81.89% of current liabilities. Non-current liabilities as of 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2023 have total value of 177.89 million baht and 30.82 million baht, representing 15.83% and 45.06% of total liabilities, respectively. Most of the non-current liabilities of the company consist of long term loan and accrued interest in the amount of 68.12 million baht, loans from financial institutions 43.31 million baht and estimated liabilities for employee benefits in amount of 31.04 million baht, all three items account for 80.09% of non-current liabilities
Equity
As of 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2023, the company had total shareholders' equity of 974.56 million baht and 616.35 million baht, increase of 358.21 million baht or increase of 58.12%. The company has a paid-up capital of 470.08 million baht and a premium on ordinary shares of 348.92 million baht.
