Teacher Arrested For Soliciting Minor
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reports that from June 11th through June 13th, Timothy Sean Falls, Jr., 29, a teacher for the Hills- borough County School District, used his cell phone to commu- nicate with a 17-year-old female student. During the conversa- tions, that took place over Face- book and Kik, Falls and the victim allegedly participated in numerous sexually explicit con- versations.
Falls reportedly asked the victim if she wished to meet. He went on to advise the victim he would be home alone during the weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the summer. Although Falls allegedly tried to arrange to meet with the victim and en- gage in sex, they never did.
During a non-custodial, recorded interview with Falls, he admitted to initiating con- versations with the victim, and

leading her to believe they would meet to have sex.
Falls was arrested Wednes- day in Marion County, and charged with solicitation to commit an unlawful sexual act with a minor 16-to-24, and use of an electronic device to so- licit/entice/lure a minor.
Shooting Under Investigation
At about 12:30 p.m. Thursday, a shooting occurred on 22nd Street in front of King’s Gro- cery.
Details are still being gath- ered, but a witness reported that a man known in the area as ‘Fathead’, had come into the store to purchase a bottle of water.
When ‘Fathead’ exited the store and got onto his bicycle,
he was confronted by a Black male, and shots were fired.
One witness said ‘Fathead’ sustained a head wound, and was immediately transported to a local hospital. The shooter was seen getting into a pickup truck, and fleeing the scene.
More details will be released as police continue the investiga- tion.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reports that on June 18th at 5:50 p.m. a silver, newer model mini-van occupied by three males passed the victim at her home in the 100 block of Sycamore Drive. Three BB/Pel- let projectiles were fired as the vehicle passed. One of the pro- jectiles struck the victim in the arm.
The vehicle was last seen trav- eling north on Williams Road ap- proaching Clay Pit Road, with suspects yelling and laughing as if intoxicated.
A similar incident occurred the same day at 5:20 p.m. at 92 Highway East and Garden Lane. Two more incidents occurred on June 20th at Parsons Avenue and 92 Highway East at 3:23 p.m. and at 2124 Brandon Boule- vard West at 3:46 pm.

Police Identify Two Men Shot At Apartment Complex
Suspects Who Shot Woman Being Sought
Detectives with the Hillsbo- rough County Sheriff’s Office have identified the two men shot at an apartment complex last Friday. They are currently seeking information pertain- ing to the shooting at the Man- hattan Palm Apartments, 7201 Manhattan Avenue.
When deputies arrived at the scene shortly after 9 a.m., they discovered an adult man dead inside of a vehicle in the park- ing lot. They also found an- other man who had been shot in the head in the parking lot. Police believe that the second victim was possibly inside the vehicle when the shooting took place.
The dead man has been identified as Abebawale Adeniyi, 21, of Brooklyn, New York.
The injured man has been identified as Rakeem Robin- son, 22, also of Brooklyn, New York. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was admitted in critical condition. His condition has been up- graded and he is now listed as being in stable condition, po- lice said.

during the preliminary inves- tigation that a dark-skinned man was observed fleeing from the scene of the shooting. Detectives have not deter- mined if the man seen leaving the area on foot was involved in the shooting.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation into the shooting.

Suspects Sought In Multiple Burglaries
The Hillsborough County Sher- iff’s Office is asking for help in identifying the suspects they be- lieve are responsible for several burglaries in the area.
On June 21st at 5:40 a.m., two Black male suspects approached the victim at 3310 Pine Top Drive in Valrico as she got into her vehicle. The suspects mo- tioned for the victim to exit, how- ever, she refused and fled the scene.
One of the suspects allegedly pointed a gun at the victim as she backed out of the driveway.
Detectives believe that these same suspects are responsible for multiple burglaries to un- locked vehicles that were parked in the same neighborhood and during the same time frame. The video surveillance is from a home security system and shows a third Black male, 14-to-18 years old, assisting with the bur- glaries and a driver waiting in the suspect vehicle.
The suspects are described as Black males, 14-to-18 years old, both last seen wearing long- sleeved, dark hooded shirts.
The suspect vehicle is de- scribed as a white 4-door Ford Fusion, 2015-to-2016 model.

301 Arrested In National Health Care Fraud Takedown
In an unprecedented act, several federal law enforce- ment agencies arrested 301 in- dividuals in a nationwide sweep. The sweep was the largest conducted by the Medicare Fraud Strike Force in 36 federal districts.
In addition to being the largest raid of its kind, the loss of $900 million is the largest of record as well.
The takedown included the arrest of 61 doctors, nurses, and others licensed medical professionals. They are facing a range of charges related to health care fraud schemes.
Fifteen of the individuals charged in the scheme are lo- cated in the Middle District of Florida. The individuals taken into custody are:

Winter Park; Greggory Jackson, 40, of Eagle Lake; Dustin “Drey” Chennells, 40, of Mount Dora; Michael Ayotunde, 53, Ocala; Tashima Kenny, 32, of Da- venport; Iris Ayala, 54, of Clermont; Nalita Rajkumar, 28, of Lake Park; Belinda Jalloh, 60, New Port Richey; Robert Lee Lanier, 57, of Jacksonville; Maria Lugo, 65, of Marion County; Janice Hammock, 66, and Thur- man Hammock, 66, of Citrus County; Louis William Ri- mondi, IV, 47, of Marco Is- land; Douglas Thompson, 51, of Jacksonville; and Craig DeMange, Sr., 62, of Oviedo.
These cases will be prose- cuted by the U. S. Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Florida.
