As a result of being unable to effectuate certified mail notice to violators of the City Code, notice is hereby given that a Tampa Municipal Code Enforcement Hearing Magistrate has scheduled a public hearing on July 13, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. to hear the below listed cases. Which are in violation of the City of Tampa Code Information listed below describes the case number, property owner(s), violation address, code section violat- ed, and legal description of subject property in that order. The hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 315 E. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, Florida. Affected property owners will be given the opportunity to discuss the alleged violations. Should anyone have any questions regarding these cases, please call the Office of the City Clerk at (813) 274-7286.
Please note that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Hearing Master with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or hearing, they will need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
