An Evening With
  Ka-Funk Band Celebrates 5 Years
Doc McKenzie And The Hi-Lites

    Ka-Funk Band members celebrated their 5th anniversary. They are: Ricc, Langston, Bobbi, Tori and Britner.
Joining the celebration were: Rebe Scotts, Susiz Rainey, Hillary Lotts, Katney Lopez and Nina Cooks.
Gospel enthusiasts have been limited to the gospel programs they have been able to attend, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Gospel Promoter, Craig Bridges, was able to host an event featuring Doc McKenzie and the Hi-Lites. The gospel program was held at New Friendship M. B. Church, Rev. H. L. Daniels, Senior Pastor. Gospel groups from around the area ap- peared on the program. (Photographs by Julia Jackson)
