RENOVATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority (THEA) is soliciting quotes from qualified commercial interior design firms interested in providing renovation management services. These services include planning, organizing, overseeing and implementing the renovation of the THEA Traffic Management Center (TMC) located at 1104 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602. The TMC is approximately 27,500 square feet and has three floors.
THEA is looking for firms to provide recommendations for materials, schedule installation and supervise the renovation without disrupting on-going business. As a result, THEA anticipates this renovation being completed in stages so that the building is operational at all times.
There will be a MANDATORY PRE-QUOTE conference & tour at 8:30 a.m. on September 17, 2015, in the THEA Board Room on the 1st Floor of the TMC.
Anticipated renovation items include:
Flooring – all three floors including carpet & tiles Wallcovering – paint for all three floors and replace wallpapers in meeting rooms on all three floors Blinds – replacing blinds in the board room only Lighting – replacing lighting covers in the board room only
After the Pre-Quote Conference, THEA is looking for: 1. Quote for renovation management services
2. Firm’s vision & recommendations for the
above items
3. Example of firm’s past work & references
