Black Nurses Historical Organization To Honor 3
Police Continue To Search For Leads In
Death Of Teenager
The Tampa Police Depart- ment is continuing its inves- tigation into a deadly shooting that left a teenager dead. They are asking any- one with information about the shooting to contact them.
Tee’on Milledge had told his mother he was going to attend the Knights Gasparilla Parade on the night of February 11th. He and his friends were at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Nuccio Parkway on February 11th.
Around 10:30 p.m., two groups became engaged in an altercation. The alterca- tion turned into a physical confrontation and gunfire from at least two weapons was heard.
Milledge was fatally wounded. Tremon Staley, 16, and 17-year-old Chris- tian J. Agosto, were in- jured. Both were treated and released from a local hospi- tal.

Florida Ave. (33604). Mrs. Joanna Tokley will be the speaker and the Master of Cere- monies will be James Tokley.
The organization was founded in 2007 by Rev. Pauline Morgan Cole, retired RN, BSN, MA.
On Saturday, the organi- zation will recognize De- lores Singleton, retired RN, BSN, Carolyn Hep- burn Collins, and Gwen Hayes, Editor of the Sen- tinel Bulletin.

Florida. Carolyn had 34-1/2 years with Tampa General Hospital as a Clinical Nutri- tion Specialist. She has co- ordinated the Cardiac Transplant Nutrition Pro- gram from its inception, ac- cumulating more than 34 years in this specialty.
Additionally, she as- sumed the responsibilities for the Kidney Transplant and assisted with the estab- lishment of the Liver and Lung Transplant Programs

for Medical Nutrition Ther- apy. She retired on Decem- ber 31 2013.
She is one of the founders that pursued the return of Howard W. Blake High School and subse- quently Middleton High School.
Mrs. Collins, the wife of Norris Collins and mother of 2 sons, is actively involved in several organi- zations. She is a member of Mt. Pleasant M. B. Church.
