Groundbreaking Held For New Home Of American Legion Post 167
Ground was broken in April for the new home of American Legion Post #167. The new home for Carmichael Legree Hall will be at 5300 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. (Photographs by Julia Jackson)

Bruton Memorial library will be offering take home summer activity kits for fami- lies to enjoy together. This week’s theme will be “Fantasti- cal Creatures” and will include puzzles, literacy activities, crafts and more! Kits will be available while supplies last.
