Brothers Partner With County Parks And Recreation To Host Football Camp

Brothers Chris and Mike Martin, in partnership with Hillsborough Parks and Recre- ation, look forward to hosting their Inaugural Youth Summer Football Camp this July 10th. Chris and Mike were born and raised in the Tampa area before going off to pursue im- pressive careers in football.
Chris Martin is the founder and CEO of OTG Sports Management, a Chicago- based agency representing over 25 professional football players. Leading up to founding the agency, Chris began his foot- ball career at Jesuit in Tampa. Chris went on to be an All- American Cornerback on the 1995 Big Ten Champion North- western Wildcats, who faced University of Southern Califor- nia in the Rose Bowl on Janu- ary 1, 1996.
He rounded out his playing days as a member of the Chicago Bears. He has contin- ued to thrive in the football in- dustry and looks forward to bringing his accomplishments back to the Tampa area.
Mike Martin, the younger brother of Chris, has also grown up with football as a con- stant in his life. He followed Chris to play for Jesuit in Tampa, as well as serving as his class President before playing
Summer Feeding Program
Schools Announces
  Brothers Chris and Mike Martin to host Inaugural Youth Sum- mer Football Camp.
The program will run until August 5, 2021 for students 18 and younger.
Hillsborough County Public Schools will continue to provide nutritious meals for children ages 18 and younger at no cost throughout the summer to com- bat food insecurity. Grab-and- go food distribution will run from through August 5, and will take place every Monday and Wednesday from 10 a. m.-11 a. m.
The meals will be provided at 36 school sites across the dis- trict. Families will receive two days’ worth of breakfast and lunch on both pick up days, en- suring students have food to eat each weekday. The summer grab-and-go sites are:
Armwood, Barrington, Ben- ito, Blake, Bowers/Whitley, Buchanan, Bloomingdale, Clair- Mel, East Bay, Gaither, Giunta, and Greco.
Also, Hillsborough, Hill, Jef- ferson, Kenly, King, Lennard, Lutz, Madison, Mann, McDon- ald, Middleton and Mulrennan.
And, Oak Grove, Plant City, Reddick, Riverview Elem., Sligh, Smith, Spoto, Steinbrenner, Turkey Creek, Webb, Wharton and Woodson.

provide learners with critical supports even during the sum- mer. Offering students the op- portunity to receive balanced meals throughout the week will lift a major burden off families who are still reeling from the impacts of the pandemic. If a child is not present while picking up meals, parents should be prepared to provide their child’s student number or their child’s name and birthdate for tracking purposes.

The brothers are thrilled to
have the opportunity to serve the Tampa community with this Inaugural Football camp in partnership with OTG Sports Management. They plan to have 200 children from the area present and run from 9 a. m. – noon, with lunch to follow. They plan to provide inspira- tional stories of success, a day of football activities, a combine-
style testing and a non-contact game to round out the day.
Additionally, the team looks forward to having several cur- rent and former NFL players to lead drills and provide specific position coaching!
As Chris and Mike return to their roots for their Inaugu- ral Summer Camp, they hope to see many faces from the com- munity on July 10th. Check out the Eventbrite page to register.
