This is a reopening of Till- man-Waters business. The previous business closed when she developed serious medical issues and had to tend to her medical care. Now, she is going back to her business with a new busi- ness model.
Tillman-Waters started out when she could not find people that looked like her in the beauty industry, par- ticularly the natural beauty industry. She wanted to look beautiful without looking ar- tificial. She then set about her journey as an estheti-

She says that there is still
a need for this type of makeup and skin care.
She was born and raised in Tampa and graduated from Leto High School. She worked with a Plastic Sur- geon, then opened her own business after she and her late husband, Robert “Bone Shaker” Waters started a model troupe, Bone Shaker Models. Al- though the model troupe didn’t last, her beauty busi- ness did.
Tillman-Waters has two children, Robert Wa- ters and Gwendolyn Wa- ters, that help with the
business.
When she became ill, she
strengthened her relation- ship with God. She used Psalm 23 as a personal mantra. She sees her busi- ness as a testament to God.
Tillman-Water says that God has shown her business as successful. As a Chris- tian-based business, she feels God in everything she does and He will lead her in the right direction.
