AIKENS
MR. TOM HALL
Remembering the Life and Legacy for Mr. Tom Hall of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021, will be held on Saturday, June 26th, 2 p. m., at First Baptist Church of West Tampa, 1302 W. Willow St., Dr. Rayford Harper, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Tom Hall, born June 21, 1941 in Cottonwood, Alabama, to the late Tom and Bessie Hall, Sr. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of West Tampa, where he served on Usher Board #1. Tom was a family man; he loved all his family dearly.
He retired from Cargill Phos- phate Mine, Tampa, Florida and was an avid Checker Player and Harley-Davidson Bike Rider.
He was preceded in death by: his parents and daughter, Letha Levette Hall.
He leaves to cherish his pre- cious memories with: loving wife, Gwendolyn McNeal-Hall; chil- dren, Tommy Hall (Sherry), Adam L. Hall, Kimmi Hall- Walker (Elliott), Derrick G. Hall; step-children, Steven Carr (Lendora), Fidell Carr (Janice), Tarvars Carr (Antoninette), Tori Carr (Tawana), Da’Quan and De- Shawn Rhodes; grandchildren, Dominique Hall, Devin Hall, Akila Hall, Adam Hall, II, Kay- dence Hall, Londyn Hall, Cedric Austin, Celena Walker, Michael Walker and Angel Colon; great- grandchildren, Adrianna Allen and Kai Shaun Austin; mother-in- law, Marie Russ; brother, Willie Hall (Marether); and brother-in- law, Willie Russ (Tyaisha); sis- ters, Ailer Hall; sisters-in-law, Patricia Clayton and Debra Toombs; goddaughter, Julie Marie Ofoto; a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousin.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, June 25th from 4 to 8 p.,m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.

He scored one of the highest scores ever by a recruit, which af- forded him the opportunity to be- come the first Black recruit in the Aircraft Mechanics Class.
When he returned to Tampa, he met and married Joyce Ann Butler and her children, Keith and Talonda Butler. To their union a son, Chike Saeed Tim, completed their blended family. The family, founding members of Keeney United Methodist Church, worshiped together and partici- pated in many community out- reach activities, under the leadership of Rev. Louis Jones, Pastor. Deacon Tim and his fam- ily were also among the families that formed the Kwanzaa Inter- national Association, first to ob- serve the seven principals of Kwanzaa in Hillsborough County. Deacon Tim was an entrepre- neur/small business owner. He became an ordained deacon at Pilgrims Rest M. B. Church, Tampa, Florida, under the late Rev. Dr. Linda C. Reese, pastor. MINISTER GEORGE (‘GRAMPS) HARRIS
A Homegoing Celebration for Minister George “GRAMPS” Har- ris, of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021. His service will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 10 a. m. at New Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 3201 E. Lake Ave., Dr. H. L. Daniels, pastor. officiating.
Minister George Harris was born on July 26, 1945, to parents, George and Tommie Lane. He was a faithful member of New Friend- ship Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed baseball, basketball, singing, dancing, and music.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, son, Bobby Earl An- derson; and brothers, Andrew Harris and James Powell.
He leaves behind to cherish his precious memories: wife, Anna M. Harris; children, Emmie Jerelds, Preceida Richardson, Tarsha Har- ris, and Lisa Anderson. He leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Larry Lane (EuSandra), Leroy Lane (Mary Dallas) and Eugene Lane; sisters, Mattie Sullen and Cather- ine Lane; mother-in-law, Betty Bryant and goddaughters, Doretha Gilmore-Holder and Anna Williams-Hamilton.
The visitation will be held on Friday, June 25th from 4 to 8 p. m. at Aikens Funeral Home. The fam- ily and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday, for the service. We are following CDC guidelines.

MR. FERNANDO (‘FUJI) RODRIGUEZ
A Memorial Service for Mr. Fernando “Fuji” Rodriguez, who was taken away suddenly early Tuesday morning on June 15, 2021, by the Lord while on his way home to his family in Tampa. His service will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 11 a. m., at Cathe- dral of Faith Church, 6304 N. 30th Street, Pastor James Howell offici- ating.
Mr. Fernando was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Fernando Ro- driguez and Andrea Lebron on Oc- tober 7, 1961. He was a hardworking family man that worked for Tampa Airport Mar- riott for over 38 years. When not working, he enjoyed photography, do-it-your- self-projects, and help- ing others. However, more than anything he enjoyed spending time with all his family.
Fernando was preceded in death by both parents.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories: his beloved wife, Ketu- rah; his three children, Allyson Watts (husband, Riley), Fernando and Elan Rodriguez; siblings, She- lia Cardona (husband, Gilberto), Enrique “Henry” Lebron, Leyla Eagle, Ignacio “Nacho” Rodriguez, Irma Rodriguez, and Lena Ro- driguez; niece and nephew, Dalila Beharry and Tony Davis; grand- nieces and nephew, Jocelyn Mal- donado, Zaniyah Davis, Severa Harmon and Rajani Beharry; spe- cial friend, Felix Morffy; mother- in-law, Elaine Robinson; sister- in-law, Kajeannae Frazier, and a host of friends and co-workers. He was very much loved and will be sorely missed.
There will be no visitation. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service we are following the CDC guidelines.

DEACON HERMAN LEROY TIM, JR.
A Memorial Homegoing Cele- bration for Deacon Herman Leroy Tim, Jr., who passed away on May 27, 2021, will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at 4 p. m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Tampa, FL, service being conducted by Pil- grims Rest M. B. Church, Tampa, Florida, Rev. Cornelius Marvin, pastor, and Rev. Beverly Green, officiating.
Deacon Herman Leroy Tim, Jr., was born April 17, 1948, in Tampa, Florida to the late Mar- garet L Randolph and Herman Tim, Sr. He graduated with the class of 1966 from Middleton Sen- ior High School. After graduating, Deacon Tim sat for the United States Air Force Entrance Exam.
