It’s like they’re one big happy, extended family. Hours after Kim Kardashian and Amber Rose revealed – on so- cial media, of course – that zthey’d quashed their feud, it looks like Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa have done the same.
“Me and Wiz spoke yester- day,” Kanye, 38, tweeted on Tuesday afternoon. “Great convo. All positive.”
The post came hours after both Kardashian, 35, and
Kanye West and Wiz Khali- fah and Amber Rose and Kim take selfie.
Rose, 32, posted a shared selfie on Instagram and Twit- ter. “Tea anyone?”
The prosecutor in the sexual assault case against Bill Cosby argued Wednesday that a previous district attorney had no legal authority to make a deal a decade ago that suppos- edly shields the comedian from ever facing charges.
"A secret agreement that permits a wealthy defendant to buy his way out of a criminal case isn't right," Steele said. "That isn't a commonwealth and prosecution stand.” Mont- gomery County District Attor- ney Kevin Steele said that the no-prosecution agreement -- which was never put in writing and was only alluded to in a press release -- ran afoul of the law and was a misuse of au- thority.
Steele made the argument onDay2ofabidbyCosby's lawyers to get the sexual as- sault charges thrown out. They contend that then-District At- torney Bruce Castor's 2005 decision not to prosecute bars his successors from filing charges.
"In this case, the prosecution should be stopped in its tracks," Cosby lawyer Chris Tayback argued. "Really what we're talking about here is hon- oring a commitment."
Pa. Judge Rules Bill Cosby Sex Assault Case Can Move Forward
Mechelle Epps says was blindsided by the news that her husband of 10 years, Mike Epps, wants a divorce.
Last week, Mike filed for divorce from Mechelle in the Los Angeles Supreme Court.
Mechelle says she and Mike were carrying on like a married couple just last month, although Mike claims they separated over the sum- mer.
“It was shocking to me,” Mechelle told TMZ. “I didn’t know we were separated since the summer time. We’ve been doing everything a married
couple does up until January. I think when I saw him walk- ing down the streets of New York with a mysterious girl, I think that did it.”
“It’s hard because you think you’re in a relationship and being loyal to that person and you think loyalty will always win, but people are people. Fame gets to their head, you just never know.”
Mike and Mechelle’s rela- tionship reportedly fell apart six months ago when she caught him flirting with an- other woman on Twitter.
BILL COSBY
NORRISTOWN, Pa. -- A judge refused to throw out the sexual assault case against Bill Cosby on Wednesday, sweep- ing aside claims that a previous district attorney had granted the comedian immunity from prosecution a decade ago.
Common Pleas Judge Steven O'Neill issued the rul- ing after a hard-fought two-day hearing.
Cosby's lawyers tell reporters they will appeal.
In another setback for the defense, the judge also denied a request to disqualify newly elected District Attorney Kevin Steele from the case. Cosby's lawyers had accused Steele of making a "political football" out of Cosby during the campaign.
