SISTER FANNIE LUE BIGGS AGEE
Homegoing celebration for Sister Fannie Lue Biggs Agee of Tampa, who passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016, will be held Satur- day, February 6th at 11 a. m. at Grace Mary Missionary Bap- tist Church, 3901 N. 37th Street. Services will be offici- ated by Elder Dr. Thomas J. Reed, pastor as eulogist, with Elder Richard Wright. The interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Sister Fannie Lue Biggs Agee began her life journey born on February 3, 1932 in Faunsdale, Alabama, to the late Lewis Biggs and Lue- Bertha Junious.
She was preceded in death by: her late husband, Ennis Agee, Jr.; and son, Ennis Agee III.
She was the third oldest of fourteen children. She grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and later married and moved to Florida in 1965.
Sister Agee united with Grace Mary M. B. Church, under the leadership of Elder Dr. Thomas J. Reed in 1984 and served faithfully, as a member of Choir Number I, the Senior Mission Ministry, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School and the Bible Study Ministry.
Sister Agee was employed by Alafia Group Home as a Direct Aid Assistant until she retired.
She unconditionally loved everyone with the love of God and no one was a stranger to her. She also enjoyed cook- ing and gardening and had a smile that would light up the room.
Sister Agee was called to be with the Lord on January 27, 2016, another angel on earth gone to heaven.
She leaves to cherish un- forgettable memories and enormous amounts of love with: her children, Jimmy, Shirley, Shelia, Terry, Jackie and Mark Agee; grand- children, Demetra, Taketha, Laundria, Nia, Niyell, Keyuanna, Shakari, Rachel, Brandon, Joshua, Jared, Jordan Yazi, Omary and Shaniqua Agee, Lennox Dug- gans, Jr., and Jonathan Bald- win; brothers, James Biggs (Eloise), and Lewis Biggs, III (Mary); sisters, Lueida Hay- wood (Tom), Annie Lee Green (Harry), Mary Collins (Willie), Bertha Stubbs (George), Betsy Person (Harold), Alyce Parker (James), Mozella Randle (Irvin), Beola Perry (Matthew), Hattie Charleston (Elisah), and Louise Johnson (William) of Birmingham, Alabama;
daughter-in-law, Marcia Agee; friend, Josephine Spivey; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other rel- atives and many sorrowing friends.
Visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Fri- day, February 5, 2016, from 5-8 p. m. The family will re- ceive friends from 5-6 p. m.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.

MR. MICHAEL BERNARD LOWE
Mr. Michael Bernard Lowe, 59, of Tampa, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2016.
He was born in McDo- nough, Georgia, but was a resident of Tampa his entire life. He attended Hillsbor- ough County Public Schools, was a graduate from King High School and also at- tended FAMU.
Michael worked in many facets of Customer Services jobs over the last 20 plus years.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Bessie Lowe.
He will be sadly missed by his family. He leaves to mourn: his daughter, Latoya Harris (Dwayne); father, John Lowe, Sr.; two broth- ers, John Lowe, Jr. (Cather- ine), and Delano Lowe (Cheryl); three sisters, Car- olyn Nowell, Patricia Bradley and Gail Lowe; two grand- children, Hasani Jackson and Destiny Jackson; nephews, Anthony, Michael and John, III Lowe, George Nowell, and Anthony and David Bradley; nieces, Clarice Lowe (Rudy), Jacque- lyn Lowe, Leah Sylvester and Shacora McMillian; and a host of cousins, grand nephews, nieces and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p. m., Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, Car- rollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bears Ave, Tampa, with fam- ily receiving friends at 4 p. m.

MR. BYRAN O’BRIEN ‘BOE’ COOPER, SR.
Mr. Byran O’Brien “Boe” Cooper, Sr. of Tampa, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 2 p. m. at Riverhills Church of God, 6310 E. Sligh Ave., Evangelist Jeffrey Kendrick, officiating, with Bishop Eugene Cooper, eulogist. Interment will fol- low in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Byran was born November 2, 1975 to Bishop Roosevelt and Beverly Cooper.
He was educated by the School District of Hillsbor- ough County and had been employed with Iron Moun- tain Companies since 2007.
“Boe,” as he was affection- ately called, was a loving son, brother, uncle and father, who loved his family tremen- dously.
He was musically inclined since the early age of 5, wherein he not only played music by ear, he also com- posed “Beatzz” for several artists in the Bay area. “Boe” was the Lead Musician at New Testament Christian Outreach Center, where he attended and served faith- fully.
“Boe” was a fanatical sports fan, he loved to cook, and he was an awesome fa- ther.
“Boe” was preceded in death by: paternal grandpar- ents, Tommy and Elsie Cooper; and maternal grand- parents, Weatherspoon Shu- lar and Gussie Simpkins.
He is survived by: his chil- dren, Byran Cooper, Jr., She- mar Cooper and Jaylen Cooper; father, Bishop Roo- sevelt Cooper, Sr., mother, J. Beverly Cooper; siblings, Mechelle (Kenny), Roosevelt, Jr., Zita, E. J., David, Fred- drick, Deon, Shantell, Leah and Chaunkia Cooper; nieces, Kayla, Alexis, Keniya, Jada, Morgan, A’zyah, Ka- mari and Kennedi; nephews, Xavione’, Justin, Colby and Aiden; a host of uncles, aunts and cousins; his children’s mother, Vanessa Cooper; stepdaughter, Stephanie Thomas; special friends, Mike Trigg, Rob Moore, Shon Rouse, Martin Bristor, Jimmy Grimsley and the Marcus family; and other family members and friends.
The remains will repose from 5-8 p. m., Friday, February 5 at Riverhills Church of God and the family will receive friends from 6-7 p. m.

Ms. Cathy S. Harmon of Tampa, passed away Friday, January 29, 2016.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11 a. m. at Deliverance Church of the Body of Christ, 2708 23rd Avenue, with Bishop George Bailey, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Cathy S. Harmon was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa.
She was educated in the public schools of Hills- borough County.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her four children, Jim Seay, Jamiesha Seay, Tyrail Valdez and Shakira Lockett, all of Tampa; two grandsons, Jaden Seay and Ja'honest House; loving mother, Thelma Nelson; brother, Kenneth Nelson (Caro); niece, Kenyondra Nelson; nephews, Kenneth Nelson, Jr. and Keondre Nel- son; aunts, Alberta Melvin, Johnnie Mae Lane, Susie Staten, and loving and devoted aunt, Bobbie Jean Curry; special acknowledge- ment to devoted cousin, Janie M. Adams (Harold) of Tampa; and a host of other cousins, other loving rela- tives, and friends.
