Police have arrested a man in connection with a deadly shooting. The incident took place Sunday night in Riverview.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a shooting outside a residence at 10605 Avian Forrest Drive, just before 9 p.m. When they arrived, they learned that a DeAndre Maurice Hill, 35, had been engaged in a verbal argument with an unidentified woman.

    Earlier this week, a 31- year-old Bradenton man pleaded guilty to producing, distributing, and possessing child pornography.
James Lockhart, for- merly a paramedic for a pri- vate ambulance company, faces up to 70 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not been set.
According to the plea agreement, between March 2016 and February 2018, Lockhart produced a four- video series of child sex abuse where he recorded himself having sex with a one-year-old child. In the videos, Lock- hart displayed signs bearing the dark web forum’s name and his online moniker in

order to gain notoriety in the forum and elsewhere. In addi- tion to the dark web series, Lockhart created other sex abuse videos and images of the child.
Lockhart also collected child pornography not involv- ing the one-year-old victim.
Following the execution of a search warrant on Lock- hart’s residence, authorities seized devices containing 43 videos depicting child pornog- raphy and at least 4,000 im- ages of child pornography.
Lockhart’s child pornog- raphy collection included in- fants and sadomasochistic and violent conduct.
This case was investigated by U. S. Immigration and Cus- toms Enforcement’s Home- land Security Investigations (Boston and Tampa), with as- sistance from the Queensland Police Service (Common- wealth of Australia).

eral times. The victim died as a result of her injuries.
A witness identified Hill as the person who fired the fatal shots. The witness also provided information as to where Hill may be located. Deputies responded to 3883 U. S. Highway 301, South and located Hill. He was taken into custody and charged with pre-meditated first-de- gree murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
He is being held at the Hillsborough County Jail without bond.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for a hit and run driver.
The accident took place on March 21st at the intersection of Fletcher Avenue and N. 19th Street.
According to police, a 91- year-old wheelchair bound man was a passenger in a taxi. At approximately 9:45 p.m., the accident took place. Both the taxi driver and the 91- year-old passenger were in- jured and transported to a local hospital. However, the elderly man died as a result of his injuries.
The names of the victims were not released by police.
A witness told deputies
that after the accident, the driver of the other vehicle drove away. He was report- edly driving a blue 2019 Nis- san Rogue.
The driver is described as a Black man between the age of 20-28, 5’ 4” to 5’6, with a dark complexion and short hair.

    USC Student Found Dead After Mistaking Another Car For Ride, Police Say
A man has been charged with murder and kidnapping after a 21-year-old student who disappeared from a bar district in Columbia, South Carolina was found dead.
Samantha Josephson, 21, disappeared early Friday morning between 1:30 a.m. and 2 a.m. She was seen get- ting in to a vehicle in Colum- bia, the City of Columbia Police Department said on Twitter.
She left her friends at a bar and is believed to have gotten into a Chevrolet Im- pala. Josephson’s friend, Jordyn Spencer, told The

State of Columbia she be- lieves Josephson may have mistaken the car for rideshare car she had or- dered.
Hunters found Joseph- son's body in a rural area several feet from a dirt road
in Clarendon County Friday afternoon, officials said.
Police said in a news con- ference Saturday that they pulled over the driver of the Impala, Nathaniel David Rowland, around 3 a.m. Saturday morning and found blood in his car.
Police were later able to determine the blood was Josephson's.
Police said they believe Josephson's death was a random act of violence and that she did not know Row- land.
Rowland faces murder and kidnapping charges.
