MS. BETTY M. DAVIS
Ms. Betty M. Davis of Tampa, Florida passed away Monday, April 5, 2021. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memo- rial Chapel, 301 N Howard Av- enue, Tampa, FL 33610 with Reverend Prentiss Davis, officiat- ing. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Ms. Betty M. Davis was a na- tive of Bradenton, Florida, and a resident of Tampa for 60 years. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and furthered her education with Gibbs Junior College, St. Peters- burg, FL.
Ms. Davis was a member of First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens. She was employed as an Administrative Support with Sun- coast Center for Community Health, St. Petersburg, FL.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving children, Boris A. Davis, Sr. of Tampa, FL, and Francis S. Davis, Jr., and wife Erica; goddaughter, Nicole Gye’Nyame and husband, Jahi of Wake Forest, NC; grandchildren, Boris Davis, Jr., and wife, LaShelle, Francis “Trey” Davis, III, Chantel M. Foster, and hus- band Troy, Gabrielle A. Rayls and husband Tyler, Jolie D. Ballan- tyne, Glory Davis and Camry Woodard; great grandchildren, Iyana Davis, Mariah Foster and Noah Rayls; longtime family friends, Mildred Harrell and Deb- orah Howard; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

MRS. FLORIA D. LOWE
Mrs. Floria D. Lowe of Colum- bus, Georgia, passed away Thurs- day, April 1, 2021. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 10 at 10 a.m. at Center for Manifesta- tion, 3102 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610 with Brother Luis R. Lugo, officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Mrs. Floria D. Lowe was a native of Leslie, Georgia, born to Joseph Johnson and Thelma Lewis John- son. She lived in Tampa for 44 years before relocating to Columbus, GA for the past 10 years until God de- cided to call her home.
She moved to Tampa, FL in 1966 and graduated from Blake High School and decided to further her education with Hillsborough Com- munity College, where she earned an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts; Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from USF; and Master’s degree in Psychology from Springfield Col- lege.
She was a devoted substance abuse counselor and program coor- dinator for DACCO for over 24 years before retiring.
She was affectionately known as “Ms. Flo” to the many lives that she touched and was praised for her dedication and efforts in going above and beyond her job descrip- tion to meet their needs.
She obeyed the gospel under the teachings of Minister Luis R. Lugo at Highland Avenue Church of Christ 38 years ago. She was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord and was always willing to extend a help- ing hand to all in need. She was a faithful member of the Box Springs Church of Christ until her health failed her.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories: a devoted husband of 49 years, Minister Joe Lowe of Colum- bus, GA; three daughters, Monica Wilson (Kevin), Valencia Lowe Billups (Terone), and Cicely Lowe, all of Tampa; two sons, Eric John- son and Kevin Lowe (Ashley); two sisters, Linda Bell and husband Arthur, and Lisa Johnson of Tampa, FL; one paternal uncle, Marcellus Henry and wife, Dora; one brother- in-law, Robert Donaldson, Sr.; de- voted cousins, Mary Sims and husband Vernon, and Eddie Berry- hill and wife Edna; 7 granddaugh- ters, Kaneshia, Ieshia, Erica, Micheala, Shayla, Tyla and Ariyah; 6 grandsons, Tarel, Eric, Denzel, Kee- ton, Kevin, and Ja’Kareon; 4 nephews, Michael Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Daniel Johnson and Jor- dan Taylor; 2 nieces, Danielle John- son and Patrice Johnson; and a host of other devoted relatives and friends.

Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610 with Reverend Anthony W. Greene, Pastor of First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, offici- ating. Interment will follow.

Mr. Eddie Lee Robinson was a native of Mound Bayou, Missis- sippi and a resident of Tampa for many years.

Mrs. Bettie Jean George was born on December 17, 1957, in Tampa, Florida, to the parentage of Miller Winters and Alma Sta- ley Lamar. Bettie was educated in the public schools of Hillsbor- ough County and a graduate of Robinson High School.

MR. WILLIE FRANK KNIGHT
Mr. Willie Frank Knight affec- tionately known as “Pookie,” was a native of Sodus, New York, and a resident of Tampa for many years.
He attended Tampa Bay Tech High School and he was a passion- ate Chef with a love for creating great food.
Mr. Knight was born to James Willie Frank and Elizabeth Knight.
He will be greatly missed by: his mother, Elizabeth Knight; his sister, Melinda Knight; brother, Michael Knight; sister, Mary Knight; brother, Winston Knight; his fiancee’, Sandra Wright (son) Pierre; and all his family and friends who loved him.
