Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals interested in providing Uniformed Security Guard Services.
Prospective respondents are REQUIRED to attend the MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND MANDATORY TOUR on Friday, September 14, 2018 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the PTB Board Room, 1101 Channelside Drive, 1st Floor, Tampa, FL 33602. The tour may take up to four (4) hours; please plan accordingly.
Respondents not participating in the MANDATORY pre-bid conference and tour will be precluded from submitting a proposal for this project.
The RFP is available through a link on PTB’s website (www.porttb.com) and the DemandStar System (www.demandstar.com). IMPROVEMENTS – STEP 1 PROJECT NO. 19-00418
Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals interested in providing Construction Management Services for the construction of interior improvements to PTB Cruise Terminal Nos. 2, 3, and 6.
All interested firms will obtain a copy of the RFP Instructions and Submittal Documents and submit a completed response to Port Tampa Bay, 1101 Channelside Drive, 4th Floor, Tampa, FL 33602. Submittals are due by 1:00 pm, Tuesday, October 2, 2018.
PROSPECTIVE RESPONDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in the 1st Floor Board Room, of PTB Headquarters Building, 1101 Channelside Drive, Tampa, FL 33602. PTB will only accept proposals submitted by firms participating in the conference. See Section A, Paragraph 1.1 of the RFP for conference details.
All responses to the RFP shall include a letter indicating the Firm’s interest and completion of the RFP Documents, including a Vendor’s Questionnaire. Firms failing to submit the required RFP Documents may be deemed non-responsive to the RFP.
