Michael Jackson’s famed Neverland Ranch has finally sold to a new owner for $22M. Now, that’s what you call a deal, based on what it originally listed for.
According to the Wall Street Journal, billionaire Ron Burkle, co-founder of invest- ment firm Yucaipa Companies bought the property.
Burkle purchased the es- tate, which sits on 2,700 acres, for roughly 20% less than its value was five years ago. Burkle was one of the late King of Pop’s business advisors who worked closely with him before his shocking 2009 passing.
The famous property is lo- cated 40 miles from Santa Bar- bara and had initially been on and off the market for years, first listing for $100 million in
Kanye West continued his tradition of dropping surprise Christmas albums this year, much to the delight of fans. Kanye West's surprise Christmas album Emmanuel was released on Dec. 25, and it features music performed by his gospel group, Sunday Service. Here are the details on the new EP.
Similar to his 2019 Christ- mas album, Jesus Is Born, West's latest project is a "cel- ebration of the birth of Jesus Christ," according to The Hol- lywood Reporter. The album, which is written and executive produced by West, features five emotive tracks of religious, Latin-inspired songs that are

land for $19.5 million in 1987. It features 22 buildings, includ- ing the main structure, a
12,000 square-foot mansion. It also touts a swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, and a movie theater that sits 50 people.

Cardi B has reportedly set- tled a two-year lawsuit with her former manager Klenord ‘Shaft’ Raphael, who claimed the rapper had breached her contract when she ditched their agreement under his KSR imprint to sign with Quality Control instead.
According to AllHipHop, the lawsuit was settled on De- cember 24, and it was a huge win for the New York native, who hasn’t received a penny since her music royalties were frozen two years ago amid the lengthy court battle.
“This action, including all claims and counterclaims, is hereby dismissed in its entirety with prejudice against all par- ties. The parties have further agreed that all parties to this action shall bear their own costs and attorney’s fees,” court documents revealed.
Under his guidance, Raphael claimed that he was

responsible for Cardi‘s early success and that her debut sin- gle, “Bodak Yellow,” which skyrocketed to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2017, was penned and produced by a team of people he had acquired for her album, Invasion of Pri- vacy.
