African Extravaganza, a family-owned West African boutique and gift shop, will kick off its Grand Re-opening Open House celebration to thank its customers and part- ners for 11 years of success.
In addition to celebrating its 11th birthday, African Ex- travaganza will unveil the completion of its 2,000 square feet retail expansion which will offer its customers a greater selection and space to host intimate community- inspired gatherings.

And, with the expansion, their daughters, Breanna and Tyeisha, are getting in- volved in buying for the new showroom. Breanna, their youngest, has joined the bou- tique part-time and is excited to add fresh, modern pieces to their collection. She is bringing some new ideas.
“I’m focusing on everyday wear. You want to be able to throw on a cute top in Ankara fabric...even our menswear will get an update. We’ll have more options to attract a variety of clients like swimsuits, and our new braided wigs are already in stock.” And they will be of- fering rental event wear in the future as an affordable
